To Anacreon in Heaven is a song composed by John Stafford Smith for the Anacreontic Society, a club of amateur musicians in London in the 18th century. The song praises Anacreon, a Greek poet who celebrated love and wine. The tune was later used by Francis Scott Key to write the Star-Spangled Banner, the national anthem of the United States. The lyrics of the song are attributed to Ralph Tomlinson.

God 🎉 I love the way you played this. It's actually one of the best amongst many versions I listen to, even the big names. I like your expression, strong, bold, pompous , but heart touching and gentle when needed. Yes yes Nathan, I love it, beautiful 🙌 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

Thank you, Nathan. I am learning the Nocturnes atm, and it was beautiful to hear them played by you. You have a beautiful touch and a gift to emote, rare. Technically ability of course, we know it is needed, but for myself, it is nothing without the gift to play with emotion. ❤
