I'm guessing when you fold the bed base back it's secured to stop it flying forward in the event of a crash

Quelli Che si avvitano alla tavola, che hanno l'occhiello nero per agganciare il moschettone.. non riesco a trovarlo nei negozi di ferramenta.. Ha un nome in particolare? Grazie!

Erano letteralmente ganci del baule del Qubo. Ce n'erano 4 e li avevo riciclati in diversi posti nella camperizzazione.

I've just bought a Qubo, ironically to run as an everyday car alongside my fuel-guzzling Bongo camper, and I really like this conversion. If I'd bought the Qubo first I may have done a similar conversion! Time will tell ;-)

Thats super! Just wondering what is the total length of your bed? I'm hoping to transport harpsichords that are about 240 cm long in a Qubo but not sure if they will fit. Would help to know the total length you got there

No smallest. Smaller camper is in Poland,Fiat Cinquecento and Smart.

What did you do with the front seats??? Did you put them FLAT backward, or maximum to the front????

posso chiedervi le dimensioni per i pannelli di legno? Ho cercato nei commenti ma non ho trovato. Anybody know the dimensions for the wood pannels??? thankssssss amazing solution :)

Ciao, il baule utile è 110x100cm. le spalle sono alte tra i 35 e i 40cm (dipende da quanto spazio vuoi avere per dormire) le assi del letto erano divise, dal baule al volante, 50+60+50+40cm Avevamo usato tutto truciolato da 20mm. Se dovessi rifarlo userei - come nell'ultima versione - solo compensato e supporti in alluminio per tenere bassi i pesi ma alta la robustezza.

If you think this is the smallest you should see the tiny little bucket seat sports car that some guy turned into a camper with a kitchen with stove, fridge, running water, thermostat controlled heat/ac (all night, no solar!), full bathroom (shower/tub sink and toilet!) and full length bed. he was not a small guy either and he could use it very effectively too! your build is like TWICE as big as his for sure.... but yours is awesome anyway!!!!

They are removable by design on the Fiat Qubo. So it's easier to load stuff... and a bed.
