This vx3 footage looks extra good, did you do anything special as far as settings, tapes, capture method, rescanning etc?

Naw it’s actually raw. The camera just has a very good ccd and low light ability

@@americanmisfit1 well kudos on your settings and everything really does look like the best vx3/ hi8 footage I’ve seen. Did you capture it with a regular hi8 via svideo or with a digital8 via FireWire or anything special like that?

@@dethclik2002 I did the pass through method, which involves playing the footage on a hi8 camera, then sending that footage to a miniDV camera (that has the ability). You can record the hi8 footage on a mini DV, then capture that
