This is amazing! There is nothing like this on YT as far as I know. How creative to do stretches just for this. I had a hard fall years ago and to this day I still can't put a lot of pressure on my coccyx and some workout maneuvers I have to modify. I can't wait to add this into my routine. Thank you Susana!
