So, any organisation is composed of technical and non technical people right. Now I understand that we have filters on list views but what if that person is not a technical one. So filters approach on list views is not feasible. Moreover you have different set of users who work on specific records only. Now how many filters you would create for all? Hi in the community Builder just like other pages Salesforce provides the page for the asset library I.e the detail page of your content document. You can utilize that. Another thing is that whether the user is having access to view the file or not. Check the Settings on user level. Another approach you can do is fetch the content document link and can generate the url in Javascript file. Hope this will help in your requirements

Happy to help. Sometimes we have requirement to not do the file public so for those cases you need to have an alternative. So without using content distribution public url you have to make it work.

In this case you need entirely custom nav bar. First need to have a custom object of header where u need to have a rich text area field where you upload the image of the accurate size and then send that data to lwc and using css properties you can do the requested changes. Hope this helps.

Simply just create the desired output or copy the value from the response of that Api. In test ass it will auto pull the metadata info. You just need to call the associated Apex method with necessary params that you might have created and u are good to go. Hope this helps.

No not from contact you need to go from account to its parent. So in this case first get the account ids from the contact and then query the extension record from account. In that way u will be able to get the desired results

Thanks for supporting. Yes you can hide the standard features of the group by utilising aura component and targeting the CSS for their associated elements. Building collaboration groups would not be difficult but the member assignments would be the challenging task as there would be scenarios where you do not want particular type of people not to be a part of particular group and so on. Just one simple solution is like on the contact record to have a picklist containing group names and based on some criteria either account type etc you can create a automation to add them to the groups. Note this is for the legacy data. Similarly based on ur business needs you can do for new customers
