The quality of the oil pan was fine, you just didn't factor in the thickness of the gasket.

You should have also flipped it upside down on your stand to install the gasket. Not sure why you'd do it right side up when it's on the stand.

Wouldn't your oil pan gasket have given you that few mm of clearance?

Princess Auto $150 for a much better sand plaster. Use fine glass beads, sand is now banned in Canada because of the silica. Try supporting Canadian businesses not eBay crap.

I know it's been a hot minute since this video has come out, but I'm just curious as to what supporting mods you utilized for the pump install (primarily if you upgraded the wiring, if there was an adjustable fuel pressure regulator, and if the vehicle was using the stock ecu or an aftermarket one)? It appears my pump has gone in my sr20det bluebird and I've got a bosch high pressure pump to replace it, just not sure what else I might need

Hay man. This happened to me recently. i replaced the Inner Cv joint and Ball joint. Now i have a wobble at certain rpms. Could it be that the shaft has bent. 97 Honda Ballade 180i Based in south africa

just swap my clutch and flywheel .... now its not going into gear....hoping the clutch pedal adjustment will help!

I had the act xt pressure plate but I had the 6 puck disc and it was still very streetable but the clutch pedal was pretty stiff

I had the same problem. I changed the clutch in my daughter's '04 TL from the top without dropping the sub-frame. It was a pain in the butt and took me 3 weeks of evenings but I finally got it back together. It killed me when it wouldn't go into gear, even after bleeding and re-bleeding the slave cylinder. I thought it was binding on the input shaft because of the klugey way I installed it and I was going to have to do it all again. After, seeing your video, I tried adjusting the pedal. It was already almost all of the way out, but the little bit of adjustment left was just what it needed to disengage. I'm so glad to be done with this job!

heres a tip, take the plastic inner fender wall off. There is access to those nuts from the wheel well.

My link ecu has no RPM signal. My tuner is calling it defective and I'm so pist off, he's calling link junk and said he's seen defective units 7 times in his life from them.

Mine has the same serial number, too!
