“Walking pieces of art.” Yes, indeed. 💕 #AthenaDion is a deeply kind, beautifully talented, exceptionally hard-working, and truly authentic human being. And I’m truly blessed to call Athena my friend. Worth a watch to see how artistry, community, advocacy, joy can so coexist in one delightful soul. 🌈✨ #pride #drag #lgbtqia #loveisloveislove

Perhaps nature can take care of the problems better, than human beings, who are constantly interfering, thinking we are the saviors of all species. What makes us think we know better? We are simply part of the chain of life. We aren’t evil, or good, just part of a much bigger chain. We all have our place within the larger picture. If and when we no longer do, we will no longer exist, on this mortal plane. I know this is way too deep for anyone to grasp, but it is actually quite simple, and 100% true. Our arrogance is more present, in fact, within our perpetual “savior” complex. We are all so brainwashed.

In 2024, Florida is overpopulated, traffic is horrible, and we still don't have good public transportation. Taxes are horrible, insurance is almost impossible to get, and the politicians do NOTHING useful for the residents

18:20 Mindless words spew when the agenda is feelings over facts. How can it be "where our ancestors lay" if they died on the ship unless there were babies that washed ashore.

I love these videos; thanks for posting! By the way, " it's " means "it is", so your title says Summer and it is stars. You meant " its ", which means "belonging to it".

I'm surprised you guys didn't cover the planets aligning in the sky today, June 2, and becoming "visible" just before sunrise on June 3. Even if a person needs to use Google Sky Map it's still cool to "see."

I visited this museum today and had an amazing experience. I was completely shocked to hear about this history, especially being that I'm born and raised in Miami. Going through the tour, I just imagined all the stuff that the first 5 patrol officers had to deal with, and how much lives were saved in the 20 years that They operated in black communities. I will be returning with friends!

I'm confused. Google says that Longyearbyen is the northernmost town in the world, but i checked Google Maps and it said that Ny-Ålesund is the northernmost town. Why does Google say that it's Longyearbyen?

Florida Keys! I am 72 now and my Dad bought a motel there in the 1950'a (Grassy Key)! I recall the coconut palms the key limes , and the sight of todays catch rolled up in newspaper !!. Back in those days I recall the swarms of lobster 🦞 darkening the shore line. Everone was so excited ! Conch where everywhere i saw conch thrown up on the shore in heaps ! Smell was awefull. The greed of a few decimated the conch population ! Shameful! Well so many horseshoe crabs seemed to be everywhere. Awesome creatures there where no shortage of. Daytime was the most excellent, as when the sun started to set the mosquitoes where so bad you couldn't see the docks in front of our home ! After late night you could hear the mosquito abatement trucks flooding the skys with pesticide to eradicate the mosquitoes .. Sounded like aircraft crash landing, scared my mother to dearh.. Well our uncle John Hlebo who served on the USS BANG submarine seevice during WwII joined us. WHAT a life, free America wss in those days ! All our Family friends and neighbors where living in Paradise ! Hopefully You and others will have a chance to enjoy GODS Blessings !

I remember the mosquito trucks, the palms, the water, the scent of the ocean, and huge sand crabs my cousins used to scare us. It was wonderful. It is gone now. I am 74 and sad to know that most will never see what we did or felt the ambiance of the islands.

So obviously we never won the war on drugs. I love how the people get taxed for the war on drugs. And the drugs won the war. Hum? Makes ya wonder WTF were they doing with the money? Maybe buying drugs .. now that makes more sense. And that’s why our country is always in financial distress.

This story is one I always knew. My grandfather was one of the black men who signed the charter. My neighbor as a kid was one of the first five black officers, he was also my grandfather's neighbor in overtown and my father's neighbor. My uncle served as a city of Miami officer. I love the stories and the time I got to live when blacks couldn't be in Miami Beach unless you were working and you needed a Miami beach work permit if you were black. Without it jail you go. A time when black all lives in the same community, owned stores and Mr Meadows Sinclair gas station. There was also a beer brewery there. Only got 10+15 years of itbefore they did the divide and conquer. but I was memorable.

Key West has always been paradise. I've lived there on and off for many years starting at the age of 14 in 77. I worked on a shrimp boat before becoming a sailing lover. Even worked at Margaritaville in the 90's I now live aboard my sailboat in Hawaii, my other paradise 🏝️ Cheers for the wonderful story, thank you! Some of my most prized memories. ⛵🐚🐠🦐

As long as the name is the same it is the same ship. We are nothing like we were when we were born or teens and we are still the same only because our names are the same. Same with this submersible.

Not the same as it was and is now way overcrowded. The local Conchs say there are 2 seasons in the Keys, tourist season and hurricane season. Hurricane season is the best if you live here.

It was wonderful from 81-97, then changes came. Conversion of hotels to condos that got caught in the transition. Expensive. So commercial. The qyaintness gone. Tourists coming and leaving their brains and decency at home.
