On my e-chopper, I only have 203mm front brakes. Not fully by choice. No place to mount brakes on current frame.

Locktite You put a small dot on the threads and let dry. You then install the bolt or nut.

I love these updates and the little tips along the way, Can't wait to see this mean green machine out there tearing up the streets. Just remember those pegs can catch on stuff that you might otherwise clear so watch out when making turns and cutting through traffic.

It had had a lot of modifications… Plus I work and don’t do a lot of the work myself…. This is mainly why it’s taking so long… The rear tire was wider than I should’ve added so I also had it modified… So many things added tine to the build… I’ll add my info about them in the next video… 🙌💯💪 I’m super stoked you may modify yours… I look forward to to your build… 💯

I call it manufactured in China ... assembled in USA. Nothing against the young Entrepreneurs They have my respect. Frequently a quality assembly process makes all the difference.

Assembled and tested before shipping… They’ve done an excellent job with the BANDIT… now they can flex a lil with the motorcycle grade production… 🙌💯💪

This would definitely be motorcycle in my state. Ohio rules explicitly state a moped needs pedals to be registered as one. With that said you can still fudge the rules and register it as a moped. But it’s definitely not legal. Not sure why the spark crew keeps insisting that these can be registered as a moped everywhere. This is not the case - several states say you need pedals.

None of them are made in the USA. Chinese companies sell the bikes to middle men basically. Then these American dealers are allowed to put thier own brand on them. They may add a few accessories or modifications but they are still made in China. Which I'm sick of, we need jobs here, we shouldn't be allowing outsourcing any longer. It just goes to make ridiculously rich people even richer. IMO.

Cool video for the javlen, really wanted to order a brute but the brute is already spark cycleworks red headed step child it seems. Its like javlen is there plan a and brute is plan b. Some of us want a ebike not a motorcycle. Just my honest view.

I originally ordered a Brute, but then changed it to the javelin. They both ride extremely well!! You’re gonna be able to do whatever you want in carting capacity with the Brute, It’s design is quite well in synthesis between an eBike and moped. There’s nothing on the market that comes close to what Spark has in store for the Brute. It reminds me of a Honda trail 125.

It looks amazing just needs a little more of there attention on final touches. It's a high weight capacity bike with no passenger foot pegs( and they say they have no intention on add them ), no reverse, no cruise. Javlen has reverse and cruise. The Javlen is definitely Matt's baby,.@@markliano6518

After buying and putting 1600 miles on my Bandit. Gosh do I really want a Javelin. Not only for speed, but for that insane range.. I just can't afford it without selling the Bandit and that's not happening since they're out of production. It's been so good to me I don't want to let it go.

Aa new awesome ebikes comeout, the unfortunate problem is the rules will change for us. There needs to be a better standard for ebikes. I am building something between ebike and e-motorcycle.

You can charge them together with the factory charger or They sell a charger for it… and you can cut down charge time… but remember it’s very important… they both need to be fully charged when using in parallel…
