@@ericrussell6065 you press circle square x on a quick succession in order to perform the upward flame burst,it's Pretty hard at first when you first learn it but it gets easier once you get used to it.glad you liked the video!

Download duckstation emulator for ps1 ,download the rom of crash team racing usa,then go to onlinectr website and download the xdelta patch file,use the web patcher to get the modded version of ctr usa bin file,once everything done,you are good to go!

This is done on ps1 emulator (duckstation),you normally download a ctr ps1 rom and then apply a patch to it that modify the inner core of the game and make it online.The power of modding is getting more and more impressive
