My Grandpa in his 60s found it much easier than in his 20s. I can't entirely agree that older people have more difficulties than younger people. Older people have 1000 times more patience than any younger person.

❤️🎸 _Idk if you’ll see this comment, but wanted you to know this is the best guitar video on how to apply the minor pentatonic to guitar playing. I’m happy I found your channel. Compared to you, all other guitar teachers on KZfaq are subpar._

Oh, wonderful lesson. But since you mentioned loving pivot points, you should make a video showing the ways you can make pivot points, because if there are people like me that continually forget, then it would be a good refresher. You know how many times I have smacked myself in the forehead and said "Man, I could have used pivot points"? Too many to mention. LOL. We could make a song for that; Here a pivot point, there a pivot point and pretty soon you'll rock the joint...But seriously, I can tell you that I have remembered "1 and 2 and three four and....A minor chord" You know I like to joke, but I really do appreciate your lessons.

You are correct regarding mistakes, keep going. I used to teach karate (retired now) and we taught students going in to test to keep going if they messed up. Who knows, the examiner may have missed it but if you stop and call attention to it. Nope, keep doing your best.

When I play this I go from picking to full strumming and then to what I call an arpegio strum ( a slow strum across the strings so the notes are individual but in a single hand pass up or down)

Great lesson. Thank you. I love the various picking patterns. My problem is I do not have a very good singing voice. I know I can use a capo to change keys, but how do I figure out what would be a good key to sing in?
