I was taking kratom in the past and it did help with some aspects of life. For me energy boost, mood lifting, some back pain. But yes very expensive and when I stopped it took about 2 weeks to for the horrible come down. Insomnia body aches and sweats vomiting and pain all over to say the least.

But what about the information I just researched, that consuming kava may cause liver damage and, in rare cases, death. What are your thoughts on that?

Are you mentally challenged? Stupidest piece of time wasting journalism I’ve seen lately. Couldn’t care less for Huberman’s love life. If he’s getting attacked like this for basically NOTHING, there must be a very good reason behind.

Quit suboxone with 5 subucade injections and kratom. Subucade is a miracle but when my insurance got cut kratom saved me and got me through. I dont take anything anymore. Kratom is a necessary thing throughout the opiod epidemic and is a safety net for anyone trying to stay away frome the hard shit or trying to combat acute withdrawal symptoms.

No doubt I'll check the website. I like the design and philosophy, but as a data guy, I prefer data, than no data. It's not fear mongering for me, it just makes sense. I'm probably going to fall more towards viome or something else. I need my data. Thanks :)

Kratom can be addictive but it’s not nearly as bad as some I’ve had. Had a problem with oxy and quite by myself. Was the worst thing ever. Kratom is like a mild cold or sinus infection when I cold Turkey after using for awhile but I haven’t touched the bag I have in awhile now. I mostly forget i have it for months and then remember and take it a few times before forgetting again. Dunno tho everyone is different I think I just got lucky with genetics on this one.

My experience with this company has been unsatisfactory. Upon expressing my dissatisfaction with their product, I requested a full refund and was informed that I would need to cover the return shipping costs to Slovenia, a location outside the USA. The policy of not providing a shipping label or covering the associated expenses contradicts their proclaimed commitment to honoring returns. This has resulted in a negative experience with the company, prompting me to caution others about their substandard customer service. I advise against investing in their products, as the company has exhibited untrustworthiness and a focus on financial gain rather than customer satisfaction.

Thank you for the excellent video! At 46, I've experienced incredible improvements using an affordable red light therapy panel from Future Form Official. My skin's texture has enhanced, wrinkles have reduced, and people often think I'm much younger. With strong scientific backing, red light therapy is definitely worth trying. Thanks again!

Careful with kratom. Been hearing some bad things. Just because it's legal, doesn't mean it's ok. The FDA allows chemicals in your food.

Do NOT, I repeat do not order from this company! They have terrible customer service. I just ordered last month - a 3 month supply and they have already charged me another round of 3 months. When I reached out to them, they stated they sent out an email a few days ago. I never received it, and I even looked in the spam/trash folder. Plus searched the subject line for “Another lunar rotation complete,” which they stated it was under. Even if they did send it, why would that be the description of a subscription being recharged? It sounds like a spam email. With their original email, she even said that no refunds are accepted, and I cannot return the product even if it is unopened. I would of been totally fine to sending it back, if in fact it has been shipped out. I just want to warn others to prevent them from being taken advantage of. I also want to mention, I would have totally understood if it was 90 days after my original purchase. But usually, 3 month subscriptions are exactly that 3 months. Not receiving it every month.

Ya, better than alcohol. But people don't seem to realize they don't need all that stuff they can be, do, and have any experience they want they just need to create it within themselves and with others.

Thanks for the facts, including prices and how you use the device yourself. Next time, please include how long (in hours of use) these devices are claimed to be functional. I've heard that some of the cheaper ones stop working and can wear out after a year of use.

Folks should note that they’re paying not only for hardware, but for support and service. I bought a Polar watch last year. Worked great; I liked it. But I lost it, so I ordered another one, same model. The new watch did not work, right out of the box. It would not charge or sync. Polar told me to ship it back, and they would replace it. I shipped it back. They did not replace it. Instead, they shipped back the exact same defective watch. I have since contacted them a dozen times without resolution. On their site “chat” a rep has told me repeatedly that “a specialist” will contact me to resolve this. But nobody from Polar has ever contacted me. I just get automated emails that say, “We are currently experiencing a high amount of contacts, so unfortunately our response time is longer than usually.” Maybe they are swamped with product returns, I don’t know. But it’s been over a month since I first asked for a replacement, and there’s no indication that anyone at Polar is doing anything to address this. Very disappointing. Caveat emptor: It seems Polar has some significant problems with quality control and customer service.

You either acknowledge that women in this country are systemically burdened by sexism, patriarchy and misogyny or you don’t (you’re free to have blind spots…). Andrew Huberman interviewed Dr. Sarah Gottfried about women’s health and there was a particularly interesting part of the conversation where she’s sharing about a specific negative outcome for women’s health. He asks why she thinks this is and she answers - “patriarchy.” He acknowledges it, no follow up questions. He is a scientist and researcher. He knows good and well what women in this country face. The evidence is all over the research. He may make helpful podcasts but he’s also part of the problem. Women gossip to keep each other safe. People who don’t understand this either are either living in a male body that could not possibly comprehend what it’s like to live with this level of feeling unsafe, or have internalized misogyny that also blocks you from acknowledging this. Women are extremely unsafe in this country and this is constantly made invisible. Huberman is part of the problem and any time women know this about men in power, it should make headlines. He admits he’s a long time advocate for being in therapy - time for narcissism recovery, Huberman (make a podcast on that and help some of your followers.)
