Hey, I will be visiting cape town very soon and planning to drive from there to mossel bay. I heard and read about how it can get dangerous on n2 when passing by airport/townships. Can I use the N1? Is it safer? Just wants to be on the safe side and dont make a mistake on n2

@@PaigeSmith-v8u I’m here in CT right now. I took the N1 from CT waterfront to garden route and back. It is very safe, never had any issues. The scenery is so beautiful!!!!

My nerves are shot...at the speed! I kept thinking if a dog or child ran out...especially on bo Piketberg, with the school on the road...! Pity these trips aren't recorded in Spring, when the world is green! There is a small pass through Piketberg mountain from Sauer, into Kapteinskloof and goes north to Redelinghuys and back to Piketberg. Also turns left to Aurora.Lovely to go slow, open the window and have mountain right there, the fynbos herbs coming into car. Nice for people to experience.

A valid passport and your car's license papers. If the bank still owns it, it is slightly more complicated.

Within the speed limits - just looks fast on camera. Just count the center white line strips and see it is quite slow.

Yes, it is Mostert's Mill, built in 1796. It suffered a devastating fire 3 years ago, but they have just finished restoration.

I must say Masi has changed considerably since the late 1990s when I had to do an on-site inspection for the Council to assess assets pending taking over the township. No containers and limited spa shops.

Hi, I use a GoPro Hero8 set at 2.7K, 25fps, linear. The smart bit is a hacked remote control that forces 3 seconds of video every minute, and a couple of other things.
