You can also find the ruins of Bluemoon tower in the unmoored world, they're right next to Vernworth, which implies that Vernworth is sitting on the mountains by Soulflayer canyon. And close to Agamen you can find one riftstone next to a dilapidated gate structure, which might imply it's Cassardis' gate. I really like that DD2 explores a world where the Seneschal decided to say abandon it's post, considering Rothais considers Gran Soren a forgotten ruin, it's likely it's been many cycles between a DD1 ending where we don't sacrifice ourselves in the end, and Rothais' ascension to Seneschalhood. Loved the video.
I love both of these games Have over 5,000 hrs in DDDA and just started 4 th playthrough of DD2

Seems like your Arisens are a red haired warrior while the main pawns are a blonde mage.

Mainly the Arisen. The first game's trailers, Savan, Capcom's DD anniversary art and some in the second trailer all has the base first male model as the Arisen. I concluded he's the canon Arisen in the franchise. The pawn is just meh. Take a look at the top right corner - captown.capcom.com/en/museums/special/14/images/338

1. Get 3 vocations: Magick Archer, Warrior and Warfarer. 2. The skills you need are (MA) Sedative Bolt/Soporific Bolt, (WA) Savage Lash/Indomitable Lash and (WF) Rearmament. Note: Rearmament is not necessary as you can swap your weapons in the equipment menu. The sorcerer Asperity augment is also useful but not completely necessary. (Increases chance of inflicting Sleep). 3. Tell your pawns to wait. Charge up Sedative Bolt/Soporific Bolt. Walk in and dodge the Dusa's arrows/gaze if necessary. 4. Shoot the Sedative Bolt/Soporific Bolt at the Dusa's head. If it doesn't fall asleep, simply repeat until it does. 5. Swap to your greatsword and run up to its head, charge up Savage Lash/Indomitable Lash and cut its head. 6. It mutilates at 100% freshness and 100% of the time. If you plan to carry it with you it's recommended to have the sorcerer augment Constancy to decrease the rate at which the head rots. If not make sure to use a ferrystone to head to a inn/town and put it storage. The head stays fresh like any other time sensitive item and persists past NG+.

Both actors are excellent. I think the new one is a little more experienced but the dialogues script for the first game is FAR superior. And the scenes are more violent, more impactful than on the second one.
@CHAMPIONSCRUCIBLE15 күн бұрын
Hit the nail on the head with 'more impactful', most of the sequel is straight to the point. In DD1 we got an emphatic cutscene meeting The Dragonforged, DD2 he's just there...

I personally believe David Lodge's voice for Grigori is the better of the two.

I think I like the similarities between Hugo and the Bandit from Mauls camp we help into a honest living. Also the the two Dragonforged.
@CHAMPIONSCRUCIBLE15 күн бұрын
Good catch, that never occurred to me. I guess I was too focused on the 'chase' quests we had to do that lined up Pike to Bermudo. I skipped characters like The Dragonforged as it would've been comparing the same NPCs rather than similair. As in The Arisens, Rothais/Seneschal, Grigori/The DD2 Dragon, etc. I'll have those comparisons up soon.
