I'm having electrical issues also but they seem to be different from yours. My truck is a 2009 also and acting like it's Christine. I'm thinking it's a ground problem. Just have to find out where they all are.

Mine is doing the same things. As far as the radio goes I have to push the eject button to turn on the radio and turn it off before I turn the truck off or my battery will drain.

My mechanic said, you can drive it and it will reset itself after so many cycles. Or come by and he will fix it quick for free, (THE MAN IS SO NICE AND BEEN AROUND OVER 40 YEARS IN HIS BIG SHOP 4.9 google rating he has)

I have a baseline 08 silverado. Man ive had almost all the same problems going on over a year and some. This video saved my live. I pulled my seat and all the flooring up in an hour and found the computer covered in water and corrosion. Surprisingly it drives with it all removed untill i can get the part. Thankyou so much.

Thanks for the video. I had cleaned my throttle body and put a new throttle sensor. I had to drive it around with high rpm but it got better on its own after half day of driving it in town and freeway. But if you have the money it is worth to buy a scanner. You will need it for sure if you work on your vehicles. X tool d7s was best choice for me.

I’ve been stranded at my buddies and tore my engine bay apart tracing wires to figure out what was wrong with my truck. Seemed like so many gremlins overnight! No radio , no crank, no auto lights , no gauges. Unplug one harness and it all went away!! Holy fuck you just saved me 1000 ez at the mechanics . Your a saint and I can’t believe that worked. Chevy needs to rethink that holy hell. I’ve been camping all summer the last 2 years in this truck. And now I know Chevy designed it to kill me , purposefully a terrible design and hidden from common sense fixes. Try figuring this out in the mountains.! I’ve spent 5 days in a city this year. Thank god last night was one of them

I am having the same problem with my 2009 Chevy Avalanche, my battery was dead when i charged the battery my A/C is not working, my radio is not working, and I have a lot of lights on the dashboard.

Hey I replaced the actuator and did a " reset" but I'm having the same problem my left side keep blowing hot air and won't go down unless I do it manually. Any idea what could be causing the problem?

Fuck this truck .. door handles go out. . 16 a fuse over and over . Got damn key .....mfer locks itself when it want to.. ac work but makes the teuck run like shit.. i can go on...

Listen. My battery cables were corroded from inside! and it was causing every problem u can imagine. I went and pulled on the cables real hard broke the corrosion loose inside and bam! Everything works normal now. Battery Cables!

My truck started locking me out and arming system. Now nothing works: turn signals,brake lights,traction control, manual shifting,cruise control, all gauges,cab lights,cargo lights,reverse lights, high beams,hazard lights and now ironically I have to manually lock all doors and if I set my alarm it goes off three minutes later. The Chinese got one over on the hard working American. Not the corporate scum failing their job even after the bail out. Dirtball scum greedy leech punks

You can reset by unplugging battery for 30 minutes

I know the blend is bad but now heat or air isn't turning on, Thermostat sure is fine, no overheating or leaks

2009 as well. TPMS was on and off for awhile, front left. Now it's permanently on, says service whole system. Got the recall for the airbag, now the air bag light is on and off. Some starts it won't but most, it says service air bag now. Brand new tires. Recalled airbag. Shouldn't be having problems 🤦🏻‍♂️

All the twisted wires need to be un twisting, because they is little cuts that is making most off this

I have a start then immediate stall, no codes, replaced fuel pump, fuel pressure switch, fuel injectors, fuel pump relay, fuel pump fuse, and the fuse is nor receiving power i pull the fuse box cleaned it and checked the wires for damage/corrosion there was not the only thing left is the fuse box itself, i believe the circuit board it’s self may be damaged but i cant tell for a absolute, welcome to my life as a mechanic 😖

Just fixed my 2011 Silverado LS thanks to your video! I had the service traction control service stabilatrack code on the dash. Tachometer wouldn’t work and was shifting really hard almost stalled at one point. A trip to advance auto parts and $45 latter all fixed! Thank you!

You might be able to get a refund because they had a recall last year for that very issue.
