Hi James, James here from Balance. The beauty is that you can use them however you like but here's my advice and how i personally use them. Morning - (90 mins after waking up) - Lions mane and chaga dropped into my first coffee Afternoon - I add cordyceps into my second coffee for an afternoon boost or I sometimes add in water or another drink as a pre-workout boost. Evening - I add reishi into water or with a tea in the evening to wind down after a long day. Any q's let me know

@@jamessims3983 Yes, the capsules are decent but the liquids are more potent and have the fastest absorbtion rates.

Robusta dark roast you'll want the water temperature to be on the cooler side. But not room temperature. It'll need to be around 90/91 degrees C. Any cooler and you won't extract the coffee. Hope this helps :)

Hey Jim, Thanks for commenting. Whilst it feels wasteful I totally get your point. I used to think the same, until I learned that the problem with this - is that it causes 'popcorning' where coffee beans fracture and cause an un-even particle size to be ground, which then affects coffee grind distribution and extraction, which in turn negatively effects flavour. Totally agree with you there Jessica. However you can optimise the way you drink coffee by making some more mindful choices when you do consume it :D Let me know what you think?
