Hi there, Thank you for the feedback! I do not do this as pricing often changes, especially in the current market we are in. For example, this home has had a $50k price improvement. If I were to have included or said the original list price it would now be incorrect and misleading to a buyer! I will see if I can start including the website link for all current and up to date pricing in real time :) *currently listed for $1,100,000

Yes! You definitely want to check with each county as some are not friendly to this concept yet! My past client built one in Arcadia (Desoto county) in my experience, they are pretty good to work with for Barndominums and non conventional properties!

This is a voluntary HOA to access a local park nearby and does not include any deed restrictions Or regulations 😊

Listing prices can often change from the initial offer price so to include it in the video verbiage would be a detriment to marketing opportunities! But i absolutely see your point! We offer a whole property website for each listing with more details. Perhaps i could start linking that in the description for up to date info and prices for everyone! Thank you for the feedback! 😊
