Your case would be too heavy for a carry-on bag 😢. Max weight usually 22 lbs (10 kg) or less.
@Stllno
@Stllno 5 ай бұрын
What is the weight? In Australia the general limit is 7kg for carry on and they check on virtually all flights so carry on for a week is not really an easy task!

I wouldn't say that you look intoxicated, but you look intoxicating. The first time I came into NYC on my own was in 1977. I stayed at the YMCA on West 34th. I paid $4.00 a night. I read a story in 2018 about a woman who passed away in Greenwich Village. She had first moved to NYC in 1955 with aspirations to be an actress. She wanted a cheap place to live, so she found an apartment in the Village that she shared with three other women. They paid $15 a month. When she died in 2018, she was still living in the same apartment, and the rent was $28.43 a month. "I'm on a mission .... but one more drink .....

Thanks for watching! And I definitely think it depends on when you go, I’ve been when there wasn’t a lot of people and got serviced pretty fast. However, when it’s a lot of people I completely understand the slower pace.

I was just up there for a week, airbnb on Putnam 2 blocks down from Tompkins. I went to the open street event on Sunday and spent way too much money on food and handmade jewelry! The people of Bed-Stuy were great! Friendly and helpful (i stayed lost!) and had friendly chats with everyone I met! You can tell the people that live there love it as well. I wish I could afford to move up there but the Powerball let me down! 😭

wtf is all this black owned racist stuff? I was looking for a video to how living in BedStuy is, too bad I stumbled upon this one. Do black people really prefer shopping in a shop that is owned by a black person? what does it matter? Do you also check whether they get there spices, olants, packages, windowstickers, tables, chairs etc. from a store that is owned by a black person? NO. Do you also call blm riots black owned? NO. Can you just for once in this God given life look beyond skincolor and don't act so foolish? Because that is exactly what those democrat evils want. THINK.

Love this for an actual suitcase. We can't use that trick for air new Zealand as we are only aloud 7KG for carry on and it has to fit below the seat in front or in the above lockers. Definitely best packing video I've seen so far tho!

How long did this hair last? And does it tangle a lot?
@LivinginTyeland
@LivinginTyeland Жыл бұрын
Ok, if I’m being honest, I would say a week or week and a half. It doesn’t tangle that much, but you have to be careful to not do things so it gets tangled. Like I braided or twisted it every night before bed to help. I did it when it was hot outside and I would definitely do it again in the colder months though. Thanks for watching!

Bed-Stuy has completely changed from when I lived there. Once upon a time, there were no cafes, trendy restaurants, doggy parlors, futuristic condos and the only tall apartment buildings were “the projects” 😂; while we always had beautiful brownstones, there were entire blocks of burned out brownstones & apartment buildings; 4br brownstones used to go for just $150-$225K in 2000!!! Now, those same brownstones go for $1.5M and up 😮…while it’s good the area is safer, I miss the sense of community and organic natural feel of the area. Too much gentrification can destroy a neighborhood. But, we live in a capitalist society so it’s all about supply & demand 🤷🏽‍♂️

Sense of community definitely decreased over the yrs. Coming up in the 80s and 90s, EVERYONE on the block knew each other. The adults looked out for all the kids and tried to help keep us straight. Seeing the bikeshop in this vid reminded me of the old bike shop and butcher shops that used to be on myrtle ave, just off Nostrand.
