It's much easier now that I have an Instant Pot. Now, all I have to do is pierce it a few times on all sides with a knife and then cook the whole thing in the Instant Pot.

Going4Miles Miles, thank you for the compliment. If they swoon, either they keep it a secret or it's too subtle for me to pick up on. (Actually, I'm quite oblivious to women's hints of interest. They have to be quite blunt with me so that I know.) And I really think meeting someone is going to have to be the old-fashioned way for me, face-to-face. I just need to be out more, doing the things I enjoy. Maybe I'll end up meeting someone then.

billy Stewart Thanks, Billy. I had surgery with Dr. Raphael here in Plano, TX. It's only about a 30 minute drive from my place. And I'm so fortunate to have wonderful friends taking care of me while I recuperate and some who are watching my dogs for me. I have so many beautiful people in my life.
