I am not sure about the part of filling out the form--do we print it out from the Canadian Home Page? It only seems to show the same "Specimen" print option...do we need to fill on the actual web site. Just about everything I have research seems to specify I will be provided by either the airport or cruise or entry point location rather than performing any sort of preemptive filling of this document. I have found nothing on their actual home page any method or instructions on how to get access to this actual document. only the example template which is ...well...fine...just fine...your help was very appreciiated; just could you also consider providing the exact link where we can get this template?
