I was wondering what happened to you, but could not remember your channel name! I followed your Finding My Roots installment with great interest several years ago, but then you seemed to disappear. I now realize that you've been here all the time, but your videos weren't coming up in my feed until just now - or maybe I didn't realize the videos were yours because you weren't in the thumbnails.

I remember you!! Your journey helped me with mine...I found mine shortly after you had posted yours. And Ironically my birth family is the same way as yours. No contact with the fathers side. My birth grandma died a year after I met her :( I have no contact with a few half siblings because of the same things that you discussed in the video. My birth mother and I barely talk. Just text on holidays, seen her once or twice. No gonna lie. It's hard...and being an adoptee is so many things that we endure but we keep it in our entire lives. Your documentary is so refreshing and so relatable

Truth is....our mother is a pretty awful person that has never been interested in being a mother to either of us and that's cool She's still boy crazy at 60. All about money all about men who never stay ( I wonder why????) ....but anyway trust me u don't want her in your head. She's not worth knowing. Kristi is sooooo lucky she didn't grow up with this narcissistic basket case.
