The first starter yes, that's why I had to make the second starter. The second starter does not smell like chill it smells like yogurt.

Yes, I did use part of it and stored the rest because I made a small quantity, but if you are making a large quantity you can use all the stater and save some of the yogurt made with the starter for subsequent yogurt making. Remember every yogurt you make is a yogurt starter.

It's a mix of fresh Tomatoes, Red Bell Pepper and Onion. You can substitute with tomatoe sauce or fresh Tomatoes but don't use Tomatoes paste
