I tried pve and shoreline had 50-60 fps instead of 120, and every pmc i find spots me before i spot them and they laser beam me, pvp is way more easy imo.

when the sound plays it means you lost pmc karma and partisan the new boss will hunt you down if he spawns in the raid. its triggered by sitting in bushes for too long (or in this case five seconds). it was meant to combat campers and ratters but they kinda messed it up.
