So develop the muscle of "saying no " or "will power " rather than just running away from these distractions is what i got from this video which is a powerful message ngl 👏 But there is a problem that you pointed out yourself in your video which is when life isn't working out for you is when you get addicted which i agree with 100% , but the problem is , fixing your life is never that easy especially when you are young . You'll just have to wait and it's in that waiting period when the demons creep in and offer these modern bullshit addictions... this is probably a more devious war that we are fighting than any of our ancestors ever fought

more than enough to start, I'd rather focus on lighting and sound than camera, for light you can use your window light or even craft one, but sound is the first thing I would invest in, a $50 mic from amazon could make a HUGE Difference. I started my first channels with no camera, only voiceover
