just thought i would mention this. the wire binding method should not be udes for a radiator hose. it will leak or cut into the hose....

keeping it simple. Looks like a great tool. Are you able to ship to USA yet?
@griffon32753 жыл бұрын
clamptight tool in US does the job in 1 tenth the time and you can make a version for less then 3 dollars .. your tool is old tech and complete waste of time in the amount of time it took you to make an inferior clamp that the cut off ends will cause you to bleed to death if your hand scrapes it you can make 4 -5 with clamp tight or home made clone .. no offenses but that tool looks like pure aggravation

I have seen a variety of such tools and so far I like yours. If I build something like yours, I would tie the wire in a constrictor knot, tension it and then do the half-turn twist and cut. The problem is that there is no way to free the clamp without damaging the hose unless you file the knot away.

Seems to me that you could make this out of a cheap set of pliers. Just grind a notch in the nose, drill a hole for the end of the wire, then thread a small bolt into each side to wrap the wire around.

I wonder if your plier is available on the market..? That's doubtlessly very handy..

Nice job. We just poured our footings this week for a 35’ mast made from schedule 40 galvanized 2-7/8” pipe. We installed it at the gable end of the house and installed additional mounts using offsets that we anchored into the masonry with tapcons. You did a great job on that steel base. That thing is going no where

I would like to get a couple of these, I wonder if you sold them through Amazon, if they would pick them up so they would not get stolen and they could distribute them for you? Amazon is huge and warehouses millions of things for vendors. Looks like a good tool to have.

I would like to get one of these but unfortunately you don't ship them anymore. Too bad you don't have anyone here in the United States helping you make and sell them.
