I think the time limit is around 3 hours... Also, buffet restaurant prices often changes so its advisable to call the restaurant directly to inquire of their latest prices and if they have special promos or discounts for the current month that you plan to visit. When I took this video, the Weekday Lunch Buffet, (featured here) was around php 999. BUT, prices can change anytime. The price is higher for dinner & weekend lunch/dinner. Senior citizen / PWD get an additional 20% Discount.

Hello... I called Philippine Airlines customer service at least one month before my flight. There is a lot of preparation for documents and vaccinations before any pet (whether ESA or cargo pet) are allowed on board. The customer service person was able to give full details on requirements as well as the PAL cargo at SFO. Speak to a live person at customer service or best to call PAL directly at your local city. Never never just show up at the airport... they will not allow your pet to board without fulfilling PAL's requirements.

I'm working on the import permit on that Intercommerce website for the BAI, and it has a lot of requirements that I have to submit (online) before I get approval. I'll have to look for the local number for PAL at LAX, since their 800 number doesn't look like it has an option to talk to a "live" customer service person.

Hello! It's best to call Philippine Airlines about their updated requirements of traveling with your pet inside the cabin. You will have to get a letter from your doctor explaining your present mental and emotional condition on why you need to travel with a dog inside the cabin. Philippine Airlines can give you their requirements on the phone and be sure to follow what they need to be stated on that letter. Please call PAL in your nearest city in Australia and they can give you their guidance. This video was made from travel San Francisco to Philippines.

Hi! The flight was about 12 hours. Traveling with an emotional support dog inside the flight cabin is free for the pet. All you have to pay is your own seat. However, if you put a non-emotional support dog as cargo, there is a fee, depending on the SIZE of the dog's crate. It's best to contact PAL for their latest requirements and fees. Many chinese citizens do want the world to see what is really happening inside Wuhan and the horrid conditions there....but china officials may not be fully reporting its actual data. There may be a possibility that their scientists mishandled a virus while working on it in their laboratory facilities, and the Seafood Market is just a cover story to hide their error...

Hello! I did not have to provide a certificate that my pet was a trained emotional support animal. I did not bring a harness that my pet was an ESA. However, what is required by PAL is a letter from a medical doctor that states your present emotional or mental condition and why he recommends that you have an emotional support animal inside the cabin during your flight. The medical letter also needs to include your doctor's full info, address, phone number, his medical license number, State where the medical license was issued and expiration of their medical license. The dog doesn't need to be a trained or certified ESA. The dog needs to be well adjusted and remain quiet in a cabin with lots of people... These were the requirements back in 2019. Be sure to call PAL in your city to get their latest requirements for the current year, as this video was taken before the covid-19 pandemic. Thank you for commenting...
