I had (still have, but its a long story) a 1977 Pre HE that I bought around 1982. It was mustard, but over the years, I had it totally rebodied, and retrimmed. She is now BRG, one of the best in the country. I hate to think how much I put into that car, but I loved it. The engine is unbreakable, but pretty much everything else fails! You just have to love Jags.

One solid well designed good looking car, the doors are a one piece pressing so don't start rattling like the two part doors, from a era when the Brits still had control of their own market.

My grandfather owned a Austin 7. He passed away in 1942 and we can never get it running. We finally gave it away. You have any pictures of Austin? 7
