I wonder how much of this service is paid for by the rest of western Canada with equalization payments to Quebec. All while they insist on trying to be their own country and hate english speaking Canada.

I get the silver car should have moved already, but they were clearly having a hard time getting out of the way and that driver was just sitting there close behind them to pressure them, bit miserable.

WTF, why make such noise (the first two cars with the sirens) in the middle of the night? Is it supposed to announce anything? That still wouldn't justify the noise I also didn't really understand why that big yellow mower machine first pushed the snow to the middle of the street and then back to the side. Instead of keeping it on the side.

They came earlier with those car, and they blow way after when all the road ok! They there to speed the operation, and mostly helping people to not get tow, with sonor signal and time!
@zubrickadvisors67424 ай бұрын
Whoever thought a poor rendition of an AC/DC riff would be come a siren sound? Oh you silly Canadians. You elect trudoof and wreck classic rock. But that 12V71. Pure Ear Porn. Lovely.

How much time is given, between the warning vehicle coming through, and the first of the snow moving gear arriving? For those unable to move a car (say, not home, or car not starting), is the car towed and returned, or impounded and fined? I'm expecting towed and returned for Canada, but towed and fined would be normal in the US.
@MontrealTruckSpotting4 ай бұрын
There sign add days before the operation, saying no parking from 7pm to 7am. Siren car will came near 7-8pm on need, they gonna patrol and tow people few hours after. Car tow get fined, and mostly park around if there place.
@PiDsPagePrototypes4 ай бұрын
@@MontrealTruckSpotting Oh, so it's not a thing that happens on the day, plenty of days notice before to be clear of the street, so fines but no impound, just a walk around later to collect it from where they place it.

They usually do it during the night, when there is less traffic. You get use to it when you live there, so it doesn't bother very much.

There’s a lot going on here that (having lived in California my whole life) I don’t quite understand: 1. Why is there a cop car running the siren in the neighborhood? 2. Who is still daily driving a 6.5?? I have a 6.2 but it doesn’t get driven much. 3. Where are the end dumps taking all the snow? 4. Don’t the blades on the loader and the graders damage the road? 5. Does this happen every night??
@MontrealTruckSpotting4 ай бұрын
1. Telling people to move their cars 3. Snow dump or sewers traps. 4. It's does but ice most be removed. 5. Happends when the snow over 25cm
