Nice :-) Like full stock/stutzen models and the German "stecher" trigger. Great scope too but a no matte classic Schmitt & Bender, Swarovski Habicht or a Zeiss Victory Diavari would make it perfect.

Wonderful countryside. This is the kind of hunting I like to do here in the Western Cape in South Africa, birds and small antelope with a shotgun.What size shot for Roe deer? Lovely side- by- side,by the way! Nice touch, the Last Post.

Thanks for the input. I appreciate it. For roedeer, we use UK size 1 and 3 in steel shots, and the maximum distance is 20 meters.

Hunt'n Passion is there a mix between a side-by-side break open .500 Nitro express double barrel rifle and a side-by-side break open 12 Gauge double barrel shotgun in real life or not?

There is, to my knowledge, not made a mix of a 12 gauge shotgun and a .500 nitro express double rifle. But in the time around the end of the 1800 and the beginning of the 1900, there were made something called a Paradox gun. It is a 12 gauge shotgun but with a rifling at the end of the barrels so it could shoot solid lead bullet. It was made for short distance hunting for big game. They are quite rare and very expensive.

Very nice set-up 😃👌 , am all for 1 shot one kill .. I have a Brno combination 222-12g ues it on Roe deer and fox's 👌 I've took Bucks with open sights and fox's with it , I've been looking for dubel barrel in 6.5x55 but don't want to spend blazer money 😂😂

It is referred to as a "model 215 Kettner" by Grulla Armas. It is made on a Grulla Model 215, and it is a bespoke gun.

Nice rifle I have both versions. 45-70 and 3006. They are definitely built like a tank and solid I noticed the 3006 kicks harder then the 45-70 but I haven't tried the hsm 45-70 bears loads out of it yet.

Nice rifle, but not with the matte black 30mm Nikko Sterling on it. I should mount a vintage Leopold VX II 1-4 or a VX III 1,25-5 maybe a fixed 4X or 6X Leopold M8. The Nikko is to dominant and heavy. I have the VX III 1,25-5 on my Krighoff and that looks great....Cheers!

i have 4 of these , i think they are a super gun and under rated in the uk you can pick them up from £20 at auction, my most recent was an ejector in excellent condition with bright and clean bores and carries a wilkinson pall mall retailers mark to the top rib and it cost me £126 with fees at auction a super gun and a good way to get a quality side by side for very little money !!!

Thank you for this video. I never knew there were double rifles out there in less than the big African calibers (.416 Rigby or something like that) and the big African prices. 🙂

Nothing better than a quality made a classic bolt action rifle. I own a Swedish made Varberger in .308win. Bought it new in 2001 and never had an issue with it. 👍

Nice rifle! I also have a Sako AII hunter in .308 with 58cm barrel. Sighted in the scope 3days ago and I got sub-moa 24mm group with Norma oryx 165grain.

Thanks, I have one similar , its a 12g 28" barrel ' Jabali ' boxlock purchased in 1960 by previous first owner, it shoots well and behaves perfectly and a pleasure to look at

I have one that looks like this but its a Marco 'Jabali ' Spanish, the breach face is slightly different, great friend it is

The 'Jabali' models were made by Zamacola Hermanos S.R.C Eibar-Spain and ranged from entry boxlocks to high-end sidelocks. The trademark 'Jabali' was registered in 1952. Unfortunately, Zamacola Hermanos S.R.C Eibar went out of business in the 1980s.

Thanks for the input 👍 It is a simple and strong platform, but charming! And I works! I once said the same about double rifles, but the MP-221 Artemida makes it possible to afford a Double rifle. Greeting back from Denmark!
