I decided to go on KZfaq and when I saw your video I couldn’t believe how easily you unscrewed the knob . Bingo ! I was able to unscrew mine 😊😊 The filter was full of nasties - but after a thorough clean - my old machine was brought back to life 😍 I had been trying to unscrew the outer rim of the filter cap 😫 Thank you for your video - it literally saved me hundreds of dollars on the new machine ( which I returned - still in its delivery box)
