Sounds great, but that's not fingerstyle. You're just using your thumb like a pick.

Kirk Sand was one of those very special people that added so much enjoyment in life to so many who had the pleasure to know him. His fabulous custom handmade guitars that he crafted with such expertise will endure his legacy for many years to come. Since his passing, each day when I play my Kirk Sand Guitar, he is there with me again. Thank you Kirk... Godspeed my friend!

Chet Atkins, Richie Sambora, Earl Klugh got 2 guitars, Jose Feliciano, and then mine, #6. Tragically, Kirk passed away Sunday, 3/17/2024. Super nice guy. He will be missed by many a guitar player.

Tasty and Tasteful! I'm so happy to see my arrangement matches, in many of the voicings, your own-- albeit mine do not have as many beautiful, what I call "transient" chords (I just always called the chords you play to flesh out the tune transient...they're just passing through and lend a hand and they're off again). My arrangement is modeled after my idol, Charlie Byrd (RIP), one of the most unsung Jazz guitar players ever, in my opinion. Really enjoying watching you and I've subscribed as well.

Hi Jefferson, what an awesome sound. Your playing style/technique is totally original. But you get an amazing sound. I loved your video on the Kirk Sands guitar! I am looking! I love the crossover guitar. I'm a classical fingerstyle guitarist. I currently play a Cordoba Orchestra CE Crossover. It is not an expensive instrument but it is a crossover with the dimensions that make it more fun to play. I have been playing for a long time but just started (10 years now) playing gigs in my retirement years. $900 vs $9,000..haha big difference. Is it worth it? Is it the sound? the good action? Just curious. I need to get out to Laguna and check it out. My daughter lives out there but I've never gotten the chance to check it out. Keep up all the great things your are doing!!
