Great video! Hands down, the Enterprise is a favorite! Even though as a little kid I got the first version with those little brackets to hold the engine nacelles. I was in tears because they kept slipping down! Luckily my older brother helped fix 'em! Was so happy when they changed it to the simple sockets to stick them in, no problem!

what is your go to glue?
@brucek321712 күн бұрын
If I need a really strong glue I use Testors tube glue. For instance I used that on the inside of the ship hull so it would be rock solid while I handle it a lot during sanding and using primer. Testors tube glue melts the plastic and makes a good bond. But on most things that just need a little cement I use Tamiya bottle glue, or sometimes Testors bottle glue. For clear parts and such I use the Aileens clear glue or Elmers clear glue. I hope that helps..

Thank you! Nice B-17 clips you have there.. Kermit Weeks used to have one at his museum in Miami when I used to go down there now and then. I never saw it fly though. Hurricane Andrew in 1992 literally blew it off the airport pad and into the woods unfortunately so I don't know if he was able to save it afterwards.
