"If" there is a more vigorous slowdown into next year, the FED will do in "reverse" what they did in 2022, into 2023, which will cut interest rates more than just .25. It is possible we could go into recession if there is a vigorous slowdown, but it won't last long especially if the rate cuts are coming fast and furiously. If you are a Trader, you have to know how you want to play this, but if you are a regular long(er) term investor, hold and enjoy. My dopey opinion, we do not go into recession and the FED starts lowering rates steadily well into next year. If Trump is President, Powell is OUT, but Trump still has to play the game and will get a FED Chairperson to make sharper rate cuts. Now is that good for stocks and the economy long(er) term, I don't know. If he is President, I will ride the initial enthusiasm in stocks/business and then sell, and I'm not a Trader and don't trust him doing the long term right thing. The Ukraine War will almost be over too, which is good for us, but there are longer term ramifications in play. At that point though, Russia will be very weak economically and militarily.

Thanks for posting Tom Lee & for your analysis. Nike was interesting. My issue with waiting until 98 or 109 for momentum is that you will have missed a huge move (50% or more) from 70 or 60 if, as you say, there’s further downside. I’d personally rather get in lower & go down a bit initially.

Why be a dividend investor if you ultimately make less of a return than just owning the sp500? Kind of a dumb way to invest. Reminds me of people that invest in At&t and used to say "Hey. I'm getting a 5% dividend!!" while their principle has gone down 34% the last 5 years .

You mentioned TC2000 alerts. Maybe it's slightly off topic from the extremely valuable daily equity reviews, but also love to see a vid on customizing TC2000 alerts. For example, can one create an alert when a specific equity crosses above the Tenkan-Sen, especially with volume above median volume, or a screen for a set of stock that meet similar criteria? Stuff like that. Keep up the great work!!!
