If they want to get serious about anti-doping, the bodybuilding industry needs to be turned on its head. What people are seeing is someone who’s on gear and successful, clearly the side effects didn’t happen to them. And if it didn’t happen to them, it can’t happen to me.

Just think of the millions of women on "steroids" / hormones = birth control / anti contraception products. Strange how we have normalized some medications and not others. Low hormones are just as dangerous / unhealthy as too much.
@gur2629 сағат бұрын
😂 word games. Anabolic steroids ain't really the same. You've probably been prescribed steroids at some point when you were sick too. And? Sulfuric acid and lime juice.

Great video, more people need to talk about this! I played baseball for 16 years growing up, very seriously, worked out a lot and I am natty. I have never had intentions of doing any gear, the risks/downsides are not worth it to me. However, having watched a lot of videos on the subject there have been times where they “romanticize” doing gear and for a few minutes made me sort of think about maybe doing gear. Great video jonni

I have considered it twice, but the side effects scare the crap out of me, Id rather work hard and get a 6th place vs Pump myself full of steroids and get a top 3
@taylorhillard486823 сағат бұрын
I mean. If you have the genes to even place without steroids then why bother with them? The way I see it is most people who consider steroids are the people like me, who after 5 years of bone crushing soul destroying effort look like scrawny Bruce Lee physiques...only fatter. Honestly the longer I train the more I realize just how much genetics determines how small you are and how big you can't be. Like, can I get more muscle than I have now? Sure. Can I get the kind of muscle I want, and what comes naturally to some people after just 6 months of lifting? Apparently not.

Low is unhealthy. "Stay healthy" means take the medication necessary, when necessary. If they take it for a plastic trophy, totally agree.

You can down size the effects all you want if it makes you feel less guilty to better fit whatever narratives your pushing but if you want to end up with health effects and possibly death then go play Russian roulette with your body…just remember all those who have died from using that crap.

I do these a lot but try to put more weight on the back leg to stretch and stress the hip flexors, psoas and rectus fem of the back leg. There are countless quadriceps hamstring and glute exercises but very hard to stretch-load the hip flexors other than the bulg split squat
