Sturtevant has become quite a place to board and view passenger service. Last time I was there (2007) I was able to video several Hiawathas and a westbound Empire Builder in one afternoon.

With barely a hint of smoke, this loco is being operated efficiently.

It looks like you were one of the few people to keep up with it. Last scene with the red barn and always fun to see something different go past Maple Street. Thanks for the coverage

Hi, I just want to let you know that somebody plagiarized your 507 scene from this exact video of yours. Can you please submit a takedown request against them and give him a strike? kzfaq.info/get/bejne/e9yRhpp1vrayd2Q.htmlfeature=shared

I haven’t been there in several years, but for some reason cracked me if I’m wrong, but the way the train is heading, is that the direction towards Chicago, Union Station, or Milwaukee downtown. I’m forgetting which way is what but great catch.

It must be nice to commuter rail in your city. Cincinnati has the beautiful Union Terminal and no commuter rail system at all! Cincinnati stinks when it come to public transportation👎👎 I love Chicagos Commuter Rail System👍👍

Always a great place to hear them pushing up that hill and in the WC early days oftentimes it was a pair of GP30s. Before CN sold the Line North to Plymouth a single SD38 and on one occasion a tunnel motor handled the local going only as far as Charter wire in Saukville. Knowing it was former Milwaukee Road trackage they actually looked fairly like the real deal in Orange paint

Their nickname should be the “Stomach” units since the name SD70MACH almost spells the word stomach with 70 replacing “TO”
