I thought the TTS module for Conquest TLAOK had 3d miniatures for City States, but it looks like Dexander is using PNGs of the units. Are there no 3d miniatures for City States?

Vaulsc!!! Please continue these narratives! It feels like EA coming to life. Is the dialogue original? Or something included in the booklet, like how Nepenthe was written? Also, love how the accents work. If you don’t mind a behind-the-scenes question, are these accents cemented in your interpretation of Conquest?

GG. I thought that one side was going to win for the majority of the game but then the underdog did the underdog thing. This is why I love Conquest you never know if you've won or lost until the very end.

i've gotta say, the amount of work you've gotta have put in order to do the stop motion as a single person is laudable.

at about time stamp 59:50, your opponent is able to wheel his unit. How do we do this? I was trying to replicate it, but wasnt having any success. Wheeling is a very important part of the movement of this game and one of my big hang ups on TTS was not believing it could pivot. Please teach me so I can show my friends.

I got 8 armies for 40k id like to put on tts and another 4 for horus heresy. But 50 pics a model will take me forever

Hi, I learned a lot from the game, especially as a beginner. At 1:33:00 ,why does the volley forces a morale test?

arent the bowchosen meta a pure reacton to just how prevalent and powerful the ashen dawn are?

I chose the right faction for myself then. The Spires. Sacrificial drones that can do damage when buffed supported by tricks and monsters all while being actually quite elegant which I realized after I deciphered what I was looking at. In fact, I already 3 1k point lists in each of the different subfactions type things and I quite like them now.

Great game as always @vaulsc , there definatly felt like I didn't look deeply enough at the idea of the scenario and wanted too badly to get the charges off. A couple of poorly placed units and sweet jesus your armour saves and I was done for.

love your content. problem is i cant load the models. i did it the way you did, but when i want to drag the models out of the chest into the game the message "failed to load model" pops up.

Remember that if the Veterand get stuck jogging back and forth between two points all game, they can use their draw event to go to SPD 8 for their first march

I have actually had some luck with the Valks. I deploy a large-ish group of them with the Volva, who takes both Runes of Fate and Rune of Shielding. Anything that doesn't have cleave really struggles with that unit. It's not perfect, but I did tank like 19 hits recently with no wounds suffered. The Nords just don't have anything that can take a hit other than trolls, and even they aren't all that good at it. So they are the best I have for an anvil unit.

there were a couple mistakes from the spires player. Lethal demise also prevents healing. Also you should generaly deploy your doom shrimp near a bio for shenaningans. For example, in turn 4, if his bio was where is phero was, he could have given the behemoth +2 move, +1 clash with unstable mutation, march-charge it into your ashen dawn and then target it with pheromantic override the following activation. That's why it's so hard to play against and with the spires, so many moving parts!

I think you're kind of offbase on Nords. I've seen them go through a few balance passes now, and I can say that as the low defense faction they're balancing on a razor thin wire when it comes to balance. Very difficult to balance one way or the other. Access is basically Nord's issue. Their warband distribution is horrible. The good units are too easily taken, the bad units are hard to fit into a list. The Blooded's warband completely holds back list building variance. Bow chowsen would not be half as bad if they were locked behind Konungyr, who is an expensive character for his profile. He offers far less than tempered sorcerer or Lineage highborne but unlocks amazing profiles. If you nerf them too far the faction quite literally falls apart.

Tip, when you press r, you can then type 90 and it would rotate it exactly 90 degrees.

About OD im curious - is it like dominating on US turnaments? Iam wondering you didnt mention FD - i dont think it is worth it to strip all mechanics that works with Dark power when there is just one spell - Blackflame Coruscation that goes stronger with Fallen Pantheon pool(and with DP too ofc).

I think all characters should count as mediums end of story. This give you an active choice as to where you want to put them without giving some armies an edge because they having something that can make a light score. Plus it would make dueling a bit better because dueling out the character in the brick of lights ends it's scoring

The Spires can turn any light into a medium every turn, but the foot Strat turns one medium regiment into a light for one turn, and everyone loses their minds.

How is For site NOT a player decision...

Had good results against bowsens with kheres. nords is so affected by the player experience its so hard to compare units in a vacuum

If you see the changes to dueling that you are eager for, what do you think would happen to caster-focused factions like the Spires? The casting lists already saw a nerf with the latest character placement rules revision, and they don't have particularly notable regiments to protect the casters.

Agree on CS not becoming Pay to Win.

The jarl ability is exactly how Nords have always supposed to play. They can’t score “a billion points” and can be beaten in the last two rounds of a 10 round game.

As a Spires player, I agree with all of your points. Desolation Drones are hilariously bad.
