The rubbernecking sucks. I had a 4 lane motorway with the 1st lane closed for a vehicle fire on the hard shoulder. Everyone was desperate to be in the outside lane to get 2 cars in front before the incident. When the smoke was in sight they were cutting me up in the inside lane to get ringside seats.
