His ball carrying arm touched ground

The tackler must be in contact with the player when ball carrying arm touches the ground for it to be a tackle. In this case he clearly wasn't. The ref deemed him in touch and restart was a scrum. You should have seen the ref celebrating with them after the final whistle. Jumping up and down with them in the huddle, it was a sight to behold. The guy must be thick or worse.

He was deemed to be in touch at the attempted tackle which means he has touched or gone over the white line.

Once on the ground u cannot crawl with the ball. U can place the ball on the ground, stand up and pick it up again

Hand over, play the ball in middle of pitch. Deemed in touch. The tackler definitely ended in touch.

It was a tough game if a bit one sided , lionesses were nilled and didn't like it. No 9 had a great game and knows all the tricks too.😁🏉👍

You can see the ref watching every footstep in the video and the lino signalling he didn't know. Not sure how far away the guy who got yellow was but I hope he watches this. Love the Underbank juniors stirring things up.😂
