CONTEXT: I live in New York 45 min out of buffalo. Not in the middle of no where but in the country side . Grew up on my parents property since I was 4 . 10acer plot . Corn field behind it separated by grown in drainage ditch trees here n there . They showed up in June set everything up . Did a lil work here n there threw late July into mid oct . So I hunted another property durning bow season and was saving this land for rifle season and on my 4th-5th sit . 7:15-7:30 a bunch of trucks showed up and they got to work smashing posts into the frozen ground . Got down went over to ask how often they would be there and was informed that the first guy I spoke with befor oct was not the manager of the contract and was wrong . They are going to be there Monday -Friday if weather permits . New York contracted these people to do windmills and solar farms all over my aria and they bought out this land behind us and is going to be a solar farm . I am outraged that New York couldn’t think about there hunters and do it mid summer . No reason for this . Any sort of attention and sharing with friends is appreciated. Currently looking into who is in charge of these contracts for New York and I wana write a letter . I know I can hunt first light and if I get there wile they are still there and stay till they leav the deer will prob flood out wating for them to leav . I know it’s not over but it feels ruined . After all the time we put into this land it just sucks . Hopefully after they are done and it is just fenced in solar panels it will go back to normal .

Most of these chokes are to tight. It doesn’t take much to pull especially on a tight trigger yank ! Shooting slugs is ridiculous !
