Heroically Hptm. Knacke downed one stirling at 20:00 and another at 20:04 time. The Stirling was his second victory in the night, they were targeting Hamburg and he successfully brought down 2 before they could hit the City. Hamburg was one of the most bombed City, woman and childrens, old people slaughtered in the streets while the houses erupted in flames by the incendiary bombs. Hptm. Knacke must be remmember! His sacrifice to denfend the City of Hamburg will not be forgotten ! Long life to Germany !
