I'm thinking of getting one. Honestly. This lady did microneedling and took the pen and caused bruises. She ruined my appearance on my 3rd visit and hurt my confidence Do you use serums or anything with this?

there is so much that could have gone wrong here. he could have picked up bacteria from the handles or the tap. Don't reopen petri dishes once they grew bacteria as they release spores. It's best if you tested them from the same person as well. the way soap kills germs isn't so much from contact. its from physically scrubbing. And if he didn't scrub long enough not enough germs will be removed. The soap attaches to the germs and then gets washed away with water. alcohol penetrates the cell and breaks down the membrane. actually 60/70% is more effective at germ killing because it takes longer to dry giving it more time to do so! And vinegar disrupting the cell membrane as well and messing with the pH which causes cell death. Fun facts!

I have the clean rinse spin mop, and what I dislike about it is the size of the mop head. Yes, it gets into corners quite well, but I find I have to lift the mop head often and shake the cleaning head to gather the fibers due to the plastic head constantly scraping against the floor. It is an unpleasant sensation, (kinda like nails on a chalk board) as well as the possibility of scratching the floor. Seems like it needs a bit more product on the end of the mop. Anybody else find this issue?

To cut cost drastically. But reusable swifer pads. You can make your own solution, I use Lysol liquid and pine sol. To get the bottle open, heat it with boiling water, use a rag to twist it off and then use a scissors to cut out the little notches. I haven’t spent a dollar on my swifer in years and the pads are washable.

I had: severe back/sciatica pain that made my glutes numb. it happened every morning after ret use and would go away by day 3. Then I’d have my ret night, and the pain was back. Also had: increased anxiety, apathy, mild depression, hair loss around temples, bad stabbing headaches around temples, restless leg syndrome. all of these go away when I stop using it.

be careful with glycolic acid, i used to love it and use it frequently until one day my skin reacted to it and got really red and itchy. i didnt realise it was a reaction to the acid and scratched it and it instantly gave me hyperpigmentation when ive never had underarm hyperpigmentation before 😭

First seeing your video, it’s wonderful. You should check out the other person that you remind me of and her name is Jenny Mitich KZfaq Carnivore videos, like you she is direct to the point of the wonders of the carnivore diet. You might think that meat is not the reason why things got better for you, but I’m sure you realize that meat and eggs are the most Dense real nutrients that your body can get in food, real food that is! I’m sure you have heard of Michaela Peterson and like you she thought she could add things back into her diet but overtime she realized that even the simplest of things was causing her body to have afflictions and inflammation, which caused her to go back onto a stricter form of the diet as she called it invented it the phrase “Lion Diet” Cheers! Can’t wait to see one of your other videos.

Just so you know 30 days is just the beginning, the true health healing can take months or years. I started Carnivore in January of 2021, after being Keto for 6 months. Carnivore is the ultimate elimination diet. I'm not pure Carnivore anymore, I'm Carnivore-ish, I include some avocados, onions, berries and some low carb foods on occasion, I pay attention to the inflammation in my body. I do have cheat days but I keep the carbs low and keep inflammatory foods out altogether. No bread, or grains or veggies, very small amounts of dairy like butter, sour cream. Except I do have some naturally Fermented foods like Milk Kefir, Kim Chi, Pickles, Sauerkraut, or Kombucha (the natural kind without all the added sugar). Check out Dr. Ken Berry's wife Neisha, who follows a Carnivore-ish way of eating. A little different than me, but it definitely seems to be working for her.

Absolutely agree. The old system is better I mopped my entire kitchen and dining room floors with the old spin bucket and mop set. I washed the floors 3x at first til the water poured out clear and I knew my floors were clean. I love my spin mop. O Cedar is my favorite because I don’t have to wring it out by hand and The squeeze mops don’t really work well. Hot water is key ❤ I washed my floor with hot water and dawn dish soap ❤ my favorite ❤️

When leg cramps occur with me, no amount of electrolytes, or otherwise magnesium, pickle juice advice, etc.. ever resolves it. The only thing that gets me back to sleep is taking a single ibuprofen to help tame that discomfort.

I had a problem in the beginning of Carnivore for the first 2 years, I would get such bad abdominal cramps in the early morning sometimes, not everyday, that I would sometimes pass out if my potassium was too low. Cream of Tartar really helped because of the high potassium. Eventually that went away even without the Cream of Tartar but I brought it back because I noticed it really helped my energy level.
