The Maximals had poor excuses for robot modes. They were hideous and hardly looked like there was any metal since they were techno organic. The Vehicons were purely robotic

I think it would be more hilarious if a more humanoid robot shaped Ravage was conflicting against Lugnut than Shockwave. Both Ravage and Lugnut are incredibly loyal. Lugnut is loud, proud, and boisterous while most of Ravage iteration was an agent or spy so secretive and silent. Maybe another mode for Raven besides a cassette tape and have the ability to change himself to blend in as an autobot like a bakeneko since if they have ninjas why not have a robot based on a Japan-themed myth.
