For those nodes with gpu, how to allow diff app sets sharing the resources or the gpu will be locked by the occupying running app accessing the same resources?

Great question! Our experiments indicate that it's indeed fine to share GPU between multiple applications. If there are cases where this will not work we're eager to learn. If the GPU can't be shared, our pub/sub bus could potentially be used by the applications to acquire/release a "mutex" for GPU access.
