Kind of crazy how I've learned all this while playing, since classic beta. Some of the bind placement spots I see people use, drive me crazy, like payo, also the people that do 1-5 and s1-s5 right above.

I have to use the Classic version of these otherwise /run results in a Force Taint*** warning from the Blizzard server (Deviate Delight Era). However, there is a pause between feign and placing a trap - not good vs rogue. I have seen Kargoz and Alexsensualx somehow able to use a feign macro without a pause -

Hmm, i tried using the macros but the cooldown of Charge is wrong, it shows the cooldown of battle stance instead

Does this work for Turtle WoW? Having a lot of issues.

Great guide man, Ive always had alittle trouble with the stance dancing and multiple skills and this has helped me out alot, everything seems to work in SOD too.

How do you get the action bar to stop changing when changing stances?

if you put alt and ctrl on your mouse thumb, you have the easiest modifier buttons to press by far

Great guide. But for me the modifiers are: Alt > Shift > Ctrl. I'm right handed and my palms are quite big. My thumb is either pressing Alt or Space, it's not suitable for hitting any other key. The way my palm is positioned over WASD area is so that in order to hit Shift, I must move my ring+little fingers from from Caps Lock towards Shift. And to hit Alt I just need to slide the thumb left a bit (as it's usually resting over Space button). So for me Alt is really easier to hit than Shift.

Amazing guide! I know it's been 3 years but I have a question. Should Mortal Strike and Heroic Strike put you in Berserker Stance for max dps or would that waste too much rage?

How do you make it to where changing stances doesn't change the action page or like action bar 1

I use ctrl and alt keys on mouse button 5-6 , so its much easier to keybind 4 spells on 1 button

In 2024, Playing WoW Classic Era or Hardcore, most of these macros don't seem to work properly. The 1 button macro does not cast arcane shot. It just repeatedly casts serpent sting. I don't know enough about macros to fix that. Truthfully, the only macro I want to be honest, is a Hunter's Mark / Concussive Shot macro. Can't get it to work.

So what about a macro that goes from aspect of the hawk and aspect of the monkey BUT also changes from cast bar one to cast bar two. Because I want my melee bar up when I jump to monkey and ranged bar when I swap to hawk.

You show how your keybinds look when you level up. Can you show up how you keybinds looks at 60 ? :)

Quick question which spells should have their own key-bind? Im a new player in sod and right now I just copied all of your macros and it left me thinking of that, I don't know if this helps but im a DPS Arms Warrior rn and haven't pvp yet and soon enough I want to start tanking once I start learning my way around things

This will cast Charge if pressed, Intercept if pressed while shift is held. It will also switch you to the proper stance. #showtooltip [mod:shift] Intercept; Charge /startattack /cast [mod:shift] Berserker Stance; Battle Stance /cast [mod:shift] Intercept; Charge

Let's say you wanna disarm with your macro. Do you have to click battle stance After? Or you include going back into it in thr macro also

It's cool to see what other people do. I created a keybind system for myself that uses HJK rather than QWE for movement and the 2 buttons to the right of my space bar as modifier keys. I also don't have a backpedal key. The one thing that is a little awkward about HJK is that I jump with space bar, so I'm jumping with the same finger that I use to hit the modifiers. I think I've gotten used to it, but I suspect that this is a limitation. I like your idea of putting offensive abilities on the mouse buttons. However, I've avoided putting them on M4 and M5 because those buttons feel kind of flimsy if that makes sense. They weren't designed to be hit as frequently as the keys on your keyboard. I save M4 and M5 for abilities that tend to be cast off the gcd, like health potions and trinkets.

Where should you bind potions?

I find that mouse keybinds are great for aoe placement spells, like grenades or mass dispel

I just want to say how much I appreciate you for this video. One of my alts in SOD is Warrior and iv ALWAYS played DPS since I started playing WOW 10 years ago so im not used to tanking. Warrior honestly seemed daunting with the stance changes and all the different button presses etc. But your Macros turn Warrior into easy mode for me. I don't even have to worry about stance changes with these macros and I can just concentrate on my rotations.

V is a huge keybind almost on mouselevel, the way you can use your thumb for it

You can also add wands to the multi-range macro, and put this in your general macros. Clothies can use it too --- [worn:Wands] Shoot
