Thankyou for this! I’ve tried dried organic udon and notice the noodle was much flatter than I’d get from a restaurant. Also it’s the same for Lomein noodle as well.

OMG! Thank you!!!!!!!! I think you and I are the only ones in the planet it seems that recognizes this!!!!! And I have not been able to figure out why!!! I’m starting to think it’s because maybe fat round Udon cannot be dried or something like that

Thank you for testing this. My first thought was thats flat ramen, udon is nice big round noodles. But its getting hard to find real udon in stores Or the only instant ramen flavor i like( sorry cheese sause)

Omg 🤯🤯🤯. Can someone please tell me if there is such thing as dry big fat round udon noodles?? I want the fat round udon that isn’t pre-cooked. Not sure where to find it at this point. Did I hear you call the fat round udon a different name?

It’s best to buy the packed ones that aren’t dry. I don’t see them much.

@@ruckusgames9725 I have tried a few and they are too mushy. I haven’t found one yet that I like but I’ll keep trying different brands until I do. I think I’ve only tried 3 different ones.
