Louise, I got my first and so far only tattoo for my 60th birthday from my daughter! Cheryl, my dad would call either my sister or I and ask permission to buy things after our mom died! It was hilarious!

All the projects are so lovely. I always told my kids that they should never get a tattoo they wouldn’t want to see on their grandparents because they might be them some day. My son got a phrase his grandmother always say to them in her hand writing. Happy birthday.

Cheryl, from looking at tye sock designer's sample, it looks like that slightly higher middle stitch isn't anything you did. The sample has that too. It's probably because it is so close to the ribbing.
