It would be amazing if we could figure out for sure when humans in large part decided to walk and run differently. There seems to be some point in time in Europe and in Asia where all past ways of doing things just seem to have vanished or changed over a super short period of time. It is strange how you see a lot of common ways of think and doing all over the Earth then it all seems to have been lost. Same thing with megalithic building with huge and complex stone work and it all just vanished over night!

Namun teknik ini harus di imbangin dengan jari yang lentur namun kuat, karena jika lawan juga sigap dengan menepia serangan itu, kemungkinan pedang akan terlepas dari tangan, ini lah kelemahan teknik ini, ini mungkin bisa di gunakan saat kondisi bersantai, jika sama sama dalam kondisi sigap, samurai jepang di jaman itu memang memiliki reflek berpedang yang baik😁 hanya sekedar informasi~

Interesting. I think Systema uses a similar type of running method. They don't lean forward. Instead, they are guided by the hip to move in whichever direction easily. The similarity is that the knee comes up and just allows the core to move. The legs follow instead of lead.
