Some kind of assisted living / retirement place? looked mostly like tiny apartments (you don't get your own kitchen in hospital) The whole area is just dirt on google maps now :(

Hospital?? Looks much more like a low-cost residential high rise - lots of small flats, not wards. A hospital would not have all those access ways open to the weather. The street sign at 0:08 "Wyvern Lane" indicates it is the old Wyvern/Crossley residential complex. Not a hospital at all.

It is the Crossley high rise residential flats complex in Nedlands, Western Australia. It's not an abandoned hospital in Perth. Now demolished.

Such sturdy and sound built buildings could easily be converted to be rentals to help with rental crisis what the fuck is wrong with people.

Its Nedlands . They wouldn't allow public housing near their mansions . The land alone would be incredibly expensive .

It was demolished before the housing crisis arose. In any case, these sorts of high rise 2-room flat developments will only attract people who can't afford anything better, and thus tend to concentrate minor criminality and drug abuse in one place.

I think this might be the respite wing of Hollywood Hospital, a private hospital. It was replaced with a modern aged care complex.

Do they still have the motion sensored warning cameras? I went back in 2017 and we got told to leave by police back then 😬

Not to sure about this one. We went in every room and no censored warning cameras were activated. Although i have heard they are starting to demolish the building for houses....

@@Change918 There used to be a big one at the front of the building and one at the side they must be gone now! Now we're trying Riverbank that you posted but always a tradie or truck there 😂 what's the best time to go?

@@Shannieeeful Riverbanks is a great location to go but do not enter the main reception room. Its located just past the toilets, as there is a alarm sensor which we set of in the video. Best time to go is Sundays. That's the day most tradies dont work.
