S'informer, rechercher des centres pour apprendre à pratiquer, être patient et donner à sa vie un sens, une voie ,tendre et inspirant. Un cheminement vers soi, un cheminement vers la réalité de la vie. Ne pas laisser tomber même si parfois il y a des moments très décourageants dans la pratique.
