The first time I heard this melody was singing in my church choir. The title of this song in Spanish is: cabeza herida it was played only on Good Friday the first paragraph. Solo, pobre, triste, débil, gimo, clamo, libre de, sufro, lloro, sangro, muero, oh Dios oh Dios, oh Dios ten compasión de mi. It narrates the hours of pain and suffering of Jesus while in the cross.

I first heard this song on “The Voice/Poland” sung by a young woman named Dorota Osinka… And HER version is BETTER than this original!!! Check it out and listen for yourself!!! Hope you will agree! Her version is sooo haunting and alluring and her voice so pure and angelic, it almost makes you cry!!!
