One of the differences between music then and now is “individuality”. Each track then had different sounds, drums, loops, and synths and sources used. I mean listen to the drums here. The hi hats, how they roll, then listen to something new from today, it all sounds like 1 artist even though its many different ones, because they all sound the same and are sffraid to stand out! In the early edm days 2011 ish you had these italian guys life n death or whatever theyre called and everyone is copying them ever since. Boring AF!! 90s Oldschool for the win, nothing will ever beat this decade in electronic music❤😊

Love the personal note of yours in your upload section! Couldnt sgree more, current state of musical affairs is a bit sad one! I mean theres still good stuff coming out but the magic is not there in the same way. Maybe the younger generation though thinks differently, and perhaps for them listening to stuff like this is like when we had to listen to our parents talk about the beatles or elvis 😂

So many choice labels back then , you knew if you grabbed a Fire record you could stick it in the buy pile without listening, get home and twist it right in ... miss that duo for sure.... Top 5 Label then
